(Executed with fine markers on canvas, 90x90cm)
Since the dawn of civilization, the Moon has always fascinated humanity, capturing the imagination of people around the world and giving rise to a multitude of myths, legends, and beliefs.
Its influence, both mysterious and powerful, evokes admiration and raises many questions.
This celestial body, composed of particles, is part of a galaxy, itself a mere fragment of the immeasurable universe.
What if this universe were merely a particle of something even vaster? What if it were just a “cell” of a gigantic living organism? At this cosmic scale, what is the true nature of our existence?
We may never know, and that is what makes the great “whole” so beautiful.

This project was executed in the village of Pemberton, British Columbia, Canada, during her second year of residence. Seeking to expand her artistic expression, she approached the Pemberton Art Council with a request to transform a wall in the village, allowing her to freely showcase her art. Her proposal was warmly received, and the village offered her a wall in need of renovation. The paints were generously supplied by a local artisan. The only limitations were the colors to be used, which provided a stimulating and rewarding challenge.
